2002 NPC Junior Nationals Heather Policky - 2nd Heavyweight It was obvious right from the weigh-ins that Heather was here to make her presence felt. Unmatched in muscle size, and at 173 pounds, dwarfed the competition. In a relaxed pose it's difficult to figure the placings out. The nod went to Sarah in terms of symmetry and the ability to show "peaks and valleys" flexed. Continued refinement of Heather's physique should be quite amazing.
