2020 IFBB Bikini International
(Columbus, Ohio - March 7, 2020)

Elisa Pecini - 1st Place
Arguably on a par with the Ms. Olympia, this invitational only IFBB Pro Event featured the very best in the Bikini Division. As part of the Arnold Sports Festival, it attracts visitors from all over the world. In a last minute move to err on the side of caution regarding health threats and public safety (ie. coronavirus), it was decided to limit the general public audience to just the Finals. The trade show/expo had been cancelled as well. So that's how this reporter's first Arnold Classic experience played out. Back to the competition, it did NOT disappoint! Elisa Pecini showed why she's the reigning Ms. Olympia Bikini, flawless posing and a killer shape. She had to be, as runners up Angelica Teixeira and Janet Layug stepped up their game big time from the Olympia.
Angelica Teixeira - 2nd Place
Speaking of being built for the sport, hot on the heels of the top 3 were Switzerland's Priscila Leimbacher and Brazil's Etila Santiago Santos, the latter we've witness compete and move up the ranks since the 2017 Amateur Olympia, a definite favorite! The consistently top placing Jennifer Ronzitti rounded up the top 6. The next "tier" was headed by Portugal's Beatriz Biscaia, a top placer at the 2019 IFBB Vancouver Pro Show and an Olympia competitor. Of note making a comeback at this show was Canada's Justine Munro. She'd won her Pro Card in Toronto in 2010, a far different look than the "mean machine" build...in a very good way, of today's top athletes competing in Bikini. An admirable performance here! A super tough competition here, when an improved Mahsa Akbarimehr (from her Legends Classic look 2 weeks earlier) doesn't make the top ten.

In an effort to support the sponsors and exhibitors of the 2020 Arnold Sports Festival and canceled Arnold Fitness EXPO, the Arnold Virtual EXPO was created so you can still connect and have access to all the amazing products, services and offers you would have seen at the Arnold Sports Festival!
