2007 Alberta Provincial Bodybuilding & Figure Championships Bodybuilding - Lightweights (Part 2) A couple of different type physiques here. Jan Sielski had a leaner, defined look, definitely filled out some since last year. Tamara Qureshi's muscle shape and symmetry makes her ideal for bodybuilding - nice posing routine, certainly caught my attention. (click for full size)
