2009 British Columbia Provincial Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships Michelle Russell - Heavyweight Bodybuilding Good size and muscle shape on Michelle, a respectable showing given the more shredded look of the competitors ahead of her. She took the best poser award, a nice flair to her performance. Arguably the best biceps peaks at this show, she's gonna be dangerous in the future! (click for full size)
