2009 British Columbia Provincial Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships Crystal Lockyer - Figure Short Class I mentioned something about coming in under the radar at her last competition, not this time! Tightened her look and in improved condition, Crystal is consistently impressing the judges. Not sure if she's doing Nationals this year.
