2009 British Columbia Provincial Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships Keashia Wester - Figure Tall Class A little different (and probably saner) strategy for this year, just BC's and Nationals. 2008 was really hectic culminating in Nationals where it wasn't humanly possible to hold on to that crisp look she had in her two earlier shows...in fact she looked 'ready' all the way back to May when she was a spectator at the Kelowna show...now that's a looong season!
