2007 CBBF Canadian Bodybuilding Championships
Heavyweight Class
Saskatchewan's brought us some great bodybuilders over the years, starting with
Sherry Atton in the early 80's to Shelly Yakimchuk (who's still kickin' it in Figure),
and now Lyris Cappelle. She placed 2nd in this class last year and looking at this
year's field, would have had to improve just to remain top 3 and that she did! Nice
taper to her physique, a small waist and beautiful sweep to her quads. Some real
originality to her posing as well. Onstage is one thing - Lyris looked quite impressive the next day.
