2008 CBBF Canadian Bodybuilding Championships Johanna Dejager - Middleweights/Masters It's really not just about 'arms and abs' when it comes to Ontario's Johanna Dejager. She really put together a total package this time, vaulting her from 3rd to 1st in both Middleweight and Masters.
