2009 CBBF Canadian Bodybuilding Championships Lisa Giesbrecht - Heavyweight/Masters Class Pretty darned good for only her second bodybuilding show since she switched over from figure! Nice muscle separation and definition. Took 7th Place in the open heavyweight class. (click for full size)
