2006 CBBF Canadian National Fitness & Figure Championships Fitness Tall Class Little did I know before prejudging that the competitor limbering up onstage (I was just checking lighting of course) would be such a force in fitness. A former track and field athlete (pole vaulting I believe), she showed excellent strength and flexibility. Nice balance of definition and muscle size, no weak points at all!
