Strength, flexibilty and showmanship got Quebec's Chantal Dicaire the 'best routine' award.
Looking at photos from the past, she's finally put together a complete package
physique all the way to hair and makeup, not to mention a nicely shaped suit to highlight
her outstanding 'delts'! Chantal had recently won the overall fitness title at the
CBBF National World Qualifier so definitely was one of the favorites here!
