2014 CBBF National
Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Physique Championships
(Edmonton, AB - July 5, 2014)
Where to start describing this event. The biggest National show in CBBF history with over 450 competitors. If any promoter could have handled
it, would have to be John Dirks with an amazing record of bringing quality shows to Alberta over the years. Additional classes in bikini still
made for large classes. Some new faces including 'E' Class winner Anette De La Rosa who capped off an overall win at
BC Provincials with a stellar showing here, getting that second pro card awarded to one other class winner, quite an accomplishment!

Fitness saw nice routines in both classes, highlighted by the gracefulness of Brittany Kanne and the pure mesmerizing
athleticism of Kelly Teubert who took the 'best routine' award. Other notables included BC's Kim Scoffins who's
conditioning was second to none, the best I've ever seen her!

Azaria Glaim had an unbelievably proportional look to take the Overall in Figure, additional cards went to
Sophie Hoang-Lagace in the open division and Sue Ling Yip in Masters. Figure saw huge Nathalee Thompson take
both Open and Masters divisions, with Carmen Tocheniuk being awarded the second Pro Card :)
Overall Open Men's Physique winner was BC's Mirko Maras.
