2024 NPC Emerald Cup - Naturals (Women's Divisions)
Bodybuilding, Physique, Fitness, Figure, Wellness & Bikini Championships
(Bellevue, WA - April 28, 2023)
An additional day was added to the Emerald Cup last year, a Natural show. The Women's categories are featured here. With judges feedback from a still
good Bikini performance the day earlier in the Open show, Tiana Varang turned it up a notch to really fine tune her look and presentation at the
Naturals. Taking her Novice and Junior classes as well, it was an outstanding Open Overall showdown with Open 'B' Class champ Ashley Winn.
Tiana has ideal structure and proportionality to go far in the sport! Behind Ashley in 'B' was stunning Melissa Bernal Cardona, a very shapely
and photogenic look to promote the sport well! Of note was Katelyn Rovig from Nevada...nice lines and great symmetry.

Wellness saw Patricia Roberts take every class she entered in strong fashion. Of note was True Novice winner Bailey Nordahl
who placed 2nd to Patricia in her Novice Class. Nice stage presentation and a great start in the sport!
Figure was dominated by Anastasia Hill, taking top spot in both Open and Novice. WPD and Women's Bodybuilding
brought great energy with Samantha Macy and Rachel Francisco having a fun time onstage.
