2006 WNSO - FAME Vancouver Island Lightweight Bodybuilding (Part 1) The highlight of this competition from a bodybuilding perspective was Joanna Crowe, winning the overall open division. A nice balance of muscle size, shape and definition throughout - a very tight physique, and judging from the number of pictures, tended to gravitate in her direction an awful lot! She showed good flexibility and style in her posing as well, excellent contest preparation. A great smile doesn't hurt either!
