Kristine Fretwell - Fitness Model
Another member of Lori Mork's 'Team Energy', Kristine Fretwell lit up the stage
with her showmanship and exhuberence. As a former dancer from the ages of 4-18,
she's always loved her time to shine. She's always had a passion for fitness and
health and currently works for a supplement company and is also becoming a personal
trainer and wants to specialize in pre & post natal. Stepping on stage only 7 months
after having her first baby, was no easy feat. But she's caught "the bug" for
competing, so watch out for her in the future. Kristine is looking forward to working off
season to put on a little more muscle and improve her physique to come in looking even
better at her next competition!
