usually to get some more
experience and generally
have a fun time. Could
not believe my luck when
Michele showed up in
such great shape. Even
more so, noting the
improvements since
the 2001 Emerald Cup
under the tutelage of
the legendary
Debbie Houck

herself, Michele seemed to have gotten the training and dieting down
just right to peak for this contest. What a better example for potential
clients could you have - the results speak for themselves! She should
do well in future competitions. Included below is a nice sampling
