2021 NPC Northern Classic Bikini Championships - Kelsie Woodhouse (Federal Way, WA - September 25, 2021) Our coverage of competitions extends beyond the stage, whether here or on social media, and NPC Northern Classic was no different. Things worked out nicely a couple days later for a gym shoot. Mom of two and PNW native, Kelsie Woodhouse, grew up in an active family. Almost every weekend was spent at a baseball field, but her activity of choice was competitive cheer. After starting a family and recognizing the importance of self-care, Kelsie started weight lifting in 2015. She began building her community of busy women/moms with like-minded health focused goals through hosting fitness accountability groups online! In 2021 she decided to take her commitment to exercise and nutrition to the next level by beginning to work with Chris Melancon of Team Legacy and began her first competition prep for the WA State Open where she placed 1st in True Novice, 1st in Novice, Overall in Master’s 35+ and 2nd in her Open height class. The Northern Classic was her second show where she won the Overall title in Bikini! Kelsie is grateful for the wonderful people she’s met and fantastic experience of her 2021 season!
