2002 Northwest Championships Karen Shingle, 1st Place Heavyweight Been a year since I first mentioned Karen's potential in the sport. She's got the size and shape to really excel. A bit more tweaking in the lean and hard departments would make a serious impact on the national scene. I hope this and the subsequent State Championships the following week, served that purpose.
