2005 NPC Northwest Championships Fitness & Figure (5'2" to 5'4") Karen won both the aforementioned classes. She was the only Fitness competitor but if you're going to have just one, go with a future soon to be pro! Perfectly executed strength moves throughout her routine, an amazing physique. She had to make some pretty quick changes to do both figure and fitness, especially at finals :) (click thumbnail to enlarge)
