2007 NPC Northwest Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships Figure - 5'02 and Under & Over 5'02 to 5'04 (Part 1) A particularly good day for Kim Bell, placing first in both her open height class and the Masters division. Nice mix of muscle definition and proportionality in a very competitive open class.
