2019 NPC Northwest
Bodybuilding, Physique, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships
(Shelton, WA - November 9, 2019)
The Little Creek Casino Resort, near the Washington State Capitol of Olympia hosted this show. Centrally located to attract competitors from all directions
across the region, it did just that! A joint effort from Craig and Ribic Productions, can't think of better hands to continue the legacy of the late Nic Younis going forward.
Starting with Bikini, it was obvious that a couple of first time competitors would steal the show! Eventual 'A' Class and Overall Champion Brianna Garcia scored 1st Placings across the
board in all 3 classes entered as well as the Overall Round, a physique tailor made for the sport! Quality muscle, symmetry and a lean athletic look also described 'B'
Class winner Aramxa Jimenez, look for them to make an impact on Nationals as they progress through the sport. Meanwhile, hopefully more appearances in the region as they
improve their look. With more experience under her belt, 'C' Class winner Patricia Beckwith showed great conditioning and a more musclular look, a close 3rd in the Overall
standings. Photogenic Kim Clark swept the Masters Classes, plus a 2nd place in Open 'B', well deserved!

The quality in Men's Bodybuilding was off the charts here, the Heavyweights in particular. Only one point separated Kyle Crotty and Seth Goss, the judging was
super intense as they were repeatedly put through their paces in the morning...was basically the fight for the Overall title! Check out the facebook link below

Fitting that Figure is next, as Kyle's significant other took the overall title! Britney Inez Rand brought a beautifully proportioned solid physique to the stage,
winning both Novice and of course her Open 'A' Classes. A good group in the latter, a close second and third to Kristen Sangster and Joanna Broadbent, both with nice 'V' tapers.
In Open 'B' Class and garnering a couple of 1st place votes at Overalls was Tamara Farber, a chiseled look and outstanding muscle size, watch for her down the road.
There was one Fitness competitor, Amanda Ciani wowed the crowd with her graceful yet powerful routine...she's also the reigning Emerald Cup Champion! Rounding out the
Women's categories was WPD, Melissa Fillmore taking first in Open.

Both Classic and 'regular' Men's Physique continue to be extremely popular divisions, Cody Brown and Rocco De Villiers
taking the Overall crowns respectively.

A huge thanks to the promoters, volunteers and the dedicated competitors who keep this sport growing.
The Pacific Northwest is a special place when it comes to the NPC community with everybody pitching in
to make each others' shows as successful as possible. It's a continued privilege to be able to
cover and publicize these shows for decades now.
