2021 NPC Northwest
Bodybuilding, Physique, Fitness, Figure, Wellness & Bikini Championships
(Shelton, Washington - November 13, 2021)
There's real history to the 'Northwests', one of the pillar events of the region...passionate about the sport promoters throughout the decades, now a joint Craig-Ribic Productions
show. So many great competitors catapulted their competitive careers to the next level from this show and this year will be no exception. This page features the
Women's categories. Starting with Bikini, it was the culmination of the season for many to sharpen their look one last time. A successful year for Christine
Sim taking Open Overall, a polished presentation! Other open class winners were Danielle Rainwater with excellent conditioning and sleek looking Kamoni
Williamson confidently owning that stage, great improvements from Emerald Cup earlier this year! Novice/Open competitors who fine tuned their look from
recent weeks included Ellie Wilson, Holly Rouse, Bree Burton and Talla Amini, the latter three we happened to photograph in the gym the following day!
Of note were Anna Hitt in Open 'C' Class and photogenic Michelle Galvan making a splash winning True Novice 'A' and good showings in both her Novice and Open
Classes. Both of them we're sure to hear from down the road.

Turning to Figure...well we might as well include Wellness and WPD while we're at it, was phenomenally proportioned Julia Monroe who last competed in
2019...quite successfully in both the Cascadian Classic and Pacific Coast shows taking multiple Overalls. A first experience at USA's as well! The two
years since has now given us a hint of what her potential can be in this sport. Not only a great physique but the 'it' factor for marketability.
She's currently (as of this writing) honing in on NPC Nationals in December, she will in the not too distant future be a welcome addition to
the IFBB Pro ranks! More from her soon. Having said that, Figure was represented here by a VERY strong rest of the field...some crossovers between Wellness and WPD at this level of
competition of course. In the strictly Figure category was Novice competitor Courtney McLean with a terrific structure for this division, she placed
second to Julia in Open Class 'A'. Wrapping up her competitive year was Heather Alderson, dialed in nicely for this show. The Masters 50+ Class winner
also took Open 'B', Parwati Martin looked on point for any age!

On to Wellness, where Julia Monroe continued to show her versatility in this sport. Good showings from Ariel Rosenkranz and Lainey Blackwood in Open 'B', Ariel had
previously won Bikini Overall a few years back and for Lainey this was the second weekend in a row of shows, having made a real impact at the Idaho Cup. A good future
in the sport for both. Open 'A' Class was won by Danielle Guerra who epitomizes the Wellness shape, this is definitely her category. A pair of second placings behind
her from Heather Alderson in their mutual classes. Women's Bodybuilding saw the return of Leann George to the stage, she's heading to Nationals in December.

Last but not least was WPD, one can't help being impressed with Julia's lines and muscle shapes. It'll be interesting to see which category(s) she ends up competing at Nationals.
Also of note was Oregon's Christa Bithell, serious muscle here and was in great condition!
Thanks again to promoters Brad and Elaine Craig, Ivan and Erin Ribic and their crew for all their efforts making this such a well run event!
I'll have more on the show here as time permits as well as on our IG @david_twixpix. Official results and further information
can be found at craigproductions.com and ribicproductions.com.
Thanks!
