2022 NPC Northwest Champonships Natural Bikini Championships (Auburn, WA - November 4, 2022) Something 'NEW' to the Pacific Northwest, combining a Natural AND Open Event on the same weekend! The two day NPC Northwest Championships was just that. As of this writing, only the Natural one had taken place, the Open show will be bright and early the next morning. Starting with Bikini, by far the most popular and participated Division, we quickly got accustomed to a new star in the sport...Stormie Starren took her True Novice Class and the rest was a whirlwind taking Novice, Open AND Overall titles! Ideal proportions for the category, a great taper to her physique, good muscle shape and undeniable stage presence. Look for her to be a force at the next level in short order. Other Open Class winners included Masters 35+ Champion and experienced competitor Melissa Brush from Oregon winning 'B' Class. She's on a bit of a comeback so expect her to fine tune her look as she sets her sights on the next level. Both her and Stormie will be part of the next day's Open show. Of note was 'C' Class winner Misha Lujan, she won a number of other classes including Open Wellness. We'll have more on her in that report. Runner-up to Stormie in Open 'A' Class was Jessica Anderies (pictured below), honorable mention as someone who clearly took feedback from a show 2 weeks prior and came in with much noticeable improvements in posing and a 'fuller' physique. A huge thanks to Promoters Ribic & of course Craig Productions, volunteers and the dedicated competitors who keep this sport growing. The Pacific Northwest is a special place when it comes to the NPC community with everybody pitching in to make each others' shows as successful as possible.
