2018 IFBB Olympia
Men's Classic Physique Division
(Las Vegas, NV - Sept. 14, 2018)
For the second year in a row, traveled to the Olympia ostensibly to photograph the Amateur Olympia for Muscle Insider, and was able
to take in a bit of the other festivities at the Expo including prejudging for the Olympia Men's Classic Physique Division. A different
vantage point from most all of the other media outlets, no real options to dodge bobbing heads, cellphones, etc. but more than adequate
to put together a report for website coverage. Defending champion Breon Ansley fought off a challenge from Canadian Chris Bumstead by a
mere 1 point. Ever since Chris gained notoriety placing highly and winning his IFBB Pro Card, he's become a fan favorite. VERY vocal
cheering sections and supporters made for a great atmosphere...it felt like a finals rather than prejudging. For complete coverage
