2020 NPC USA Championships
Figure Open - Stephanie Gibson

In anticipation of coverage of the 2022 Olympia, we'll be spotlighting athletes as well as the divisions they represent.
Starting with Figure Pros, we were fortunate in 2020 to cover a couple of December shows (content at Muscle Insider with summary
pages on this site). The first was the Wings of Strength Arizona Pro/Am where Pro Figure winner Carly Starling-Horrell pointed us to Stephanie
Gibson going for her Pro card at USA's the following weekend. Having seen Stephanie at a previous Amateur Olympia, was clear the
potential was there and it was evident when she finally hit the stage at USA's we really were seeing a budding superstar in the
sport. In short order, quietly won her Pro debut (Savannah Pro) to qualify for the 2021 Olympia and a THIRD place there! Let's
see what 2022 will bring.

The 2022 Olympia will feature the top competitors in the division. We did get a taste of the quality this past year
covering the Arnold's, Vancouver Pro and Sasquatch Pro...there's links on our Contest Roundup Page.
