2023 NPC Pacific Coast Women's Bikini and Wellness Championships (Linclon City, OR - May 13, 2023) Formerly the home of the Oregon Ironman Championships, promoter Dominic Current continues the tradition at this quiet resort town. Great venue and everything close by, can't ask for a better experience. Bikini had a number of first time competitors making an impact as well as those who've been training a long time. Masters 45+ competitor Lourdes Daran had a tight look and good tie-ins to take the OPEN overall title in what looked like a very close competition, a LOT of comparisons. Of note in particular were class winners Melanie Lewis and Crystal Smith (pictured below) as well as runner-up to her in Open 'C' Stormie Bambrick (True Novice B winner). Wellness saw Achaia Sigel take the overall title, good conditioning and nice posing. A huge thanks to Promoter Dominic Current and his whole team.
