When last we'd seen Michelle Russell, she was in offseason shape at the 2007
winter version of Femsport. She somehow skipped being posted on that page (my bad)
but I managed to find a couple of pics to add here! Outstanding muscle size and
shape at this show, Michelle should do well in the future as she's qualified for
Provincials. She also took the best poser award!
