2009 SWFC Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships Amelia Milne-Home - Fitness Division Amelia's part of Lori Mork's 'Team Energy' group, a great representative! Originally from Australia, she has a sport aerobics background so some nice strength and flexibility moves in her routine. Remarkably, having given birth only 16 months earlier, looked great onstage.
