2022 NPC Tanji Johnson Classic Men's Bodybuilding, Classic & Physique Championships (Olympia, WA - June 12, 2022) A new venue for this event, but back in the State Capitol of Olympia. A well run event, and while not as large a turnout as some shows, definitely competitors of note to keep an eye out for in the future. Presented here is Session 1, featuring the Men's categories. Bodybuilding had a good battle between defending champ John Person and well conditioned Alex Parker (who incidentally did all three Men's Divisions). Speaking of Alex, he seemed to best fit into Classic Physique, very nice posing routine. Local favorite and Hero Class winner Roberto Mendoza took the other Open class. Lastly, Karim Hanafy emerged from a super tough Men's Physique 'D' Class to take that Overall title.
