2020 NPC USA Championships
Masters Bikini Over 35
(Tempe, Arizona - Dec. 10, 2020)
It's been way back in the film days in the early 2000's since we last attended a USA Championships...so much has changed since then and focus shifted. The
circumstances of 2020 aligned for a confluence of shows, initially in Las Vegas then partially shifting to Arizona. When all was said and done, this prestigious
event with 4 packed days of competition was another testament to "where there's a will, there's a way" and putting the athletes first! Day 1 of Masters featured
both the 35+ and 50+ Divisions. The 35+ Bikini Division featured some real standouts!

Starting with Class 'A', tight, defined physiques on the top three...only one point separated first from second. Class 'B' got our first look at Ruth Montes, came in hard and defined,
may have cost her here...a second place to Pamela Hysinger, shapely all around but not as lean. Ruth tweaked her look for the 40+ Division the next day (see that report). Nice lines on
Kristina Keppel winning Class 'C'. Class 'D' was won by Holly Jones...nice proportionality and stage presence, very camera friendly. Both Abigail Osei and Stephanie Blake (2nd and
3rd respectively) did well in the Open Division a few days later placing 8th and 3rd in their respective height classes (and not the same one as each other).

Our Overall champion Elizabeth Powers came from Class 'E', good combination of curves, musscle definition and poise onstage. Last but certainly not least was Class 'F' featuring
well conditioned Northwest competitor Jill Humphrey, she competed in three divisions over the 4 days of this event!
