2020 NPC USA Championships
Masters Women'a Physique Over 40
(Tempe, Arizona - Dec. 11, 2020)
It's been way back in the film days in the early 2000's since we last attended a USA Championships...so much has changed since then and focus shifted. The
circumstances of 2020 aligned for a confluence of shows, initially in Las Vegas then partially shifting to Arizona. When all was said and done, this prestigious
event with 4 packed days of competition was another testament to "where there's a will, there's a way" and putting the athletes first! Day 2 of Masters featured
both the 40+ and 45+ Divisions. The 40+ Women's Physique Division was particularly noteworthy!

Only 2 Classes here, 6 competitors in 'A' and 2 in 'B'. First place overall went to 'A' class winner Lee Solomon. An incredible physique, good size, muscle separation and
great proportionality! She was originally scheduled to also do the Open Division a couple days later, but her Pro Card win here basically made that not necessary, although
as a photographer, we always appreciate outstanding competitors getting more stage time :) Lee would definitely have been in contention for a second Overall win had she
entered! She'll make an excellent IFBB Pro competitor.

Placing first in 'B' Class was the Northwest's own Renee Reefschaeger. Posing coached here by IFBB Pro Jessica Martin who we've seen climb to the top over the last couple years
culminating in an IFBB Pro Card at 2019 Nationals! Renee went on to place 2nd in her open class a couple days later and received her Pro Card too. Great job by the
both of them! Find us at @david_twixpix on Instagram and it
will lead to much more of the content described in this article. Also at Muscle Insider who helped
facilitate covering this show! A huge thanks to the promoters at Muscle Contest, who put on some of the
very best NPC and IFBB events both in the country and around the world. Scorecards can be found at NPC News Online
