It's been way back in the film days in the early 2000's since we last attended a USA Championships...so much has changed since then and focus shifted. The
circumstances of 2020 aligned for a confluence of shows, initially in Las Vegas then partially shifting to Arizona. When all was said and done, this prestigious
event with 4 packed days of competition was another testament to "where there's a will, there's a way" and putting the athletes first! Here's a very quick
summary of Day 2 of the Open Divisions, featuring the Women's categories. Top 2 in each class earned their IFBB Pro Cards!

Starting with Bikini, Aimee Velasquez had won the Novice Overall back in February at the Legends Classic which we covered here, another Muscle Contest event! The total package in terms of proportionality, muscle lines and very photogenic...a great representative of this category heading to the next level.
Absolutely nailing her conditioning in Figure was Stephanie Gibson, sculpted to perfection...the ideal shape for this division.

Wellness was extremely hard fought, a whole potpourri of body shapes to be honest...aesthetic looks all around regardless of placings. Bruna Ferraz took the overall title.

No stranger to this photographer covering the Pacific Northwest was WPD overall champion Layla Ikahihifo, really improved and a great selection to join the Pro ranks!
While the Bodybuilding classes were generally small, Overall Champion Michelle Dornon had a tough group of 7 in her class to contend with. Photos from ALL the categories
have been posted by our colleagues at Muscle Insider Magazine, specific links are below.
