2025 NPC Vancouver Open Wellness Championships (Vancouver, WA - March 29, 2025) Back in the Salmon Creek area, this show returned to its original venue and attracted a great group of competitors eager to start the competitive season on the right foot. The popularity of Wellness lately deserves its own page here, lots of anticipation as some definite standouts were in play. Foremost of which was National level athlete Yohannah Malabad, slowly but surely developing the aesthetic lines and size/shape that characterize the top women in this division. Combine that with a photogenic look and the sky's the limit! Coached by Team Next Level Washington, she's get a bright future in the sport as noted. Cleaning up in the Masters, Novice, etc. classes (placing 2nd to Yohannah in Open 'A') was nicely conditioned Fatima Gomes...a confident look onstage too with outstanding posing. Open 'B' was won by Sofie Fenstermacher, nice improvements from earlier shows. A huge thanks to Wade Lowery and his entire crew for putting on such a well run event.
