2006 NPC Washington Ironman Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships Figure - Over 5'06 (Part 1) Julie's working her way towards national level competition and it shows. Wider in the 'lats' to accentuate her proportionality - a very deserving winner. Just enough muscle separation to impress the judges and the audience.
