2007 Washington Ironman Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships Figure - Over 5'04" to 5'06" Portland's photogenic Joni Neilson decided to follow up her debut at the Northern Classic with a chance to gain some more experience, and in the process solidified her position as one to look out for in 2008.
