Natural Bodybuilding & Figure Championships

My first INBF show to cover, promoters
Kevin and Denise James are spearheading the interest and awareness of Natural training
and competition in the Pacific Northwest. The INBF
is the amateur affiliate of the WNBF Pro Association.
Didn't really know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the calibre of athletes. In
addition, guest performances by former and current NPC amateur competitors Katy Holmes and Sherry Boudreau
(both competed and judging at INBF Natural events and are now WNBF Pros) added some familiarity along with Rose Hendricks and
her sister Sue Romero's dance routine 'Move'. I highly recommend competing/attending this show
in the future. The venue was superb and all athletes are tested via polygraph so for those who
train that way and are looking for a guaranteed even playing field, this is a great option.
