needs expanding to include a feature.
Antonia was runner-up in both Fitness
and Figure so rather than taking up
the spotlight there...how about her
own page? I'm glad you agree!
This 22 year old has been training
under Sandra Wickham and Ross
Webb for almost a year with
boyfriend Rob encouraging her
to train heavy. A multitalented
athlete, competed very successfully
in cross country running (won the
2002 BC Collegiate Championships),
road racing (3rd Place Vancouver
Sun Run 2002) and cross-country
ski racing (BC Talent Squad).
'Fitness Diva' may be just a nickname but that's the direction Antonia's headed. Good strength and flexibility throughout her routine combined with a terrific physique. She's training for the BC's and beyond - not out of the question at all!
