A mere two points out of first place, Vernon's Chelsea Balcaen brought a lean, solid
physique to this competition. Noticed her at registration, looked real confident and
relaxed onstage. Her worry the next day was if she'd have beachwear that would fit
her new sleek physique! I've added a few more of those photos below. Thanks so much
to her and Victoria for braving the cold :)
