2013 Western Canadian Tested
Bodybuilding, Physique, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships
(Kelowna, B.C. - May 18, 2013)
One of the most competitive events ever in many categories, a record turnout brought out
some of the best physiques around in a bid to move up to Provincials. As usual, promoter
Ian Tomlin and Your Gym Bag
did a great job. Official results are available at the BCABBA
website. I'll slowly have more coverage here. Starting with Bikini, looking tailor made for the sport was Mission BC's
Jamie Baldo. Part of 'Team Elle'...if that sounds familiar, it's Elle Iakovenko's (last year's champion) ever expanding
group of competitors. Watch out for Jamie as she moves on to the next level!

Figure saw a variety of body types vie for the top spots, a balanced look gave Amy Gaunt the judges' nod. In the honorable mention
category was Vancouver's Jocelynn Beach, too 'big' for figure according to the judges, she's going to enter Physique...truly an
incredible look at any level!
