2006 NPC Washington State Championships Figure - Tall Class Not a big surprise that Sheila won the overall. Nice muscle definition and shape. She's also had the most experience in Figure here, having competed in both the Vancouver Naturals and Emerald Cup earlier in 2006. Sheila's got the frame to do well, just needed a bit of fine tuning on posing and presentation :) (click for full size)
