2025 NPC Washington State Bikini Championships (Auburn, WA - July 19, 2025) Been a few years since we've covered this show, basically because of Official Photographer duties up north on the same weekend. A few things worked out to fit it back in...hopefully more often. While classes were small, Bikini offered up some real nice highlights looking forward to the future. Lauren Tong (coached by IFBB Pro Mark Sindayen) honed her look to take the Overall Title. Junior class brought a newcomer to the sport in Lauren Speerschneider, nice balanced look and definition...definitely going to make an impact at the next level. That same class saw impressive improvements from Joslyn Terry, a tighter look with added muscle, great class! Lauren skipped Open this time, there will be more shows to come to get an overall for her, she's just getting started. A huge thanks to Promoter Jeremy Williams and his whole team.
