2002 NPC Emerald Cup Fitness - Short Class Despite a relatively small field, the quality was superb. Made an effort to improve the photos during the routines. I still can't catch anything in mid-flight, but there's a good feel for the physical exertion and training required to compete at this level. (click thumbnail to enlarge)

Rose Hendricks - 1st Place
A super symmetrical physique combined with
a really polished fitness routine won the day.
National level shows next perhaps? Rose is
from Ketchikan, Alaska.

Autumn Allen - 2nd Place
With the figure competition being the following
day, a number of women entered both events. A
very relaxed look on stage for Autumn (I think
she's getting used to this) combined with nice
strength and flexibility throughout her routine.

Tammy Rosiek - 3rd Place

Bonnie Jean Valdez - 4th Place

Megan Weeks - 5th Place
