This was the largest open figure class with 20 competitors so two athletes per page
just isn't going to cut it :) Going down the center of this page or thereabouts,
a battle of perfection (ahem) so cancelling that out of the equation, detail and symmetry
made the difference. With an upper body reminiscent of last year's champ Sonia Adcock, Shelly
Rego-Vega took this class. I'm totally amazed at Sherry Smith's improvements since she
took the stage in this region last summer. Seemingly coming out of nowhere were well-rounded
Huong Arcinas and England's muscular Clare Taubman. Rounding out the group was 2006 Evergreen
State Overall winner Julie Lee who looked at home with the 'big gals'.
