Adriana Medina - Fitness (Short Class)
One of the nicest surprises at this show was Adriana Medina and her amazing conditioning.
I think this is the first year she's done fitness, a good start especially with the strength
moves. I've known Adriana for a number of years and really proud of her accomplishments to
this point. She's opened her own fitness studio,
'Fuerte Fitness' in the Seattle area and definitely practices what she preaches. We
were just planning gym photos there but the weather cooperated for a few shots earlier by the lake,
the water was freezing though :). She also placed 7th in a tough figure class.
