1993 NPC Emerald Cup
A recent note from one of the competitors at this event piqued my interest to
look into the archives. This was back in the film days and I tried to compensate
for some poor lighting with a not so powerful flash (don't exactly remember) but
what's below is the best of what I could salvage - slides of varying quality.
Add that to the fact that slide scanning has been on hold since I've gone digital
and realizing just how slow the process is...anyhow, I haven't done enough digging
and triangulating to figure out some of the names, the other middleweights pictured
here are Chanze LaMott and Kim Hughes...I think. Tammi Flynn competed as recently
as 2004, looking even better! It was Lilli Ewing who contacted me - check out her

as she's planning a return to the stage. The overall winner at this show was Danielle
Giger, nice conditioning...great abs (that was a theme here!). Not aware of what she's
been up to since then.
