Bebe Giraldo 3rd Place - Short Class Certainly one of my favorites here, Bebe really shone in the physique department and put together an energy packed routine. She barely missed her pro-card but made up for it with her placing at the Team Universe later in the summer. A friendly personality backstage and great attitude made for a fun experience, a real pleasure to meet (click thumbnail to enlarge)

Nita Wilson 5th Place - Short Class Another competitor from the west to round out this page, Nita went on to a respectable 4th Place at the 2001 Nationals. I do have an interesting backstage picture as well...but it's one for the "blooper reel".
