When you think of a balanced physique, Beth has to come to mind. Looks amazing even standing still. The hard work paid off just the other day, winning the overall title at the 2001 NPC Nationals! A great excuse to scan these slides I hope you'll agree. Wasn't able to be there myself, so imagine Beth even more improved?
