Michelle Tuggle 2nd Place - Heavyweight Big and complete in every department, Michelle looked awesome. Super wide lats, great abs and nicely defined legs. This is the highest she's placed at a national level contest. The subsequent Nationals were not too kind to her as far as placings go. Hopefully just a tune-up for the future - maybe Vegas in 2002?
