2002 NPC USA - Northwest Report Cindy Dowies - 4th Place Middleweight Cindy looked great winning her class at the 2001 Emerald Cup, but really refined her physique over the past year. Good combination of size, symmetry and presentation caught the judges attention in a close battle for 4th to 6th places.
