2021 NPC Emerald Cup Bikini Championships - Eliana Sheriff (Bellevue, WA - April 24, 2021) Our coverage of competitions extend beyond the stage, whether here or on social media, and Emerald Cup was no different. As of this writing, the time leading up to Empire Classic in Spokane is seeing stops in Olympia, Tacoma, Portland and to the Tri Cities region of Washington State where a number of top placers in multiple categories are from. I had noticed from the roster, local news anchorwoman Eliana Sheriff was entered in Bikini, thought that was interesting but didn't really expect that through those fortuitous happenstances that our paths would cross in this way! We arranged for an early morning photoshoot, she's definitely caught the fitness bug. Eliana shined onstage placing 4th in a tough class, there's comparison photos as part of this report as well. Eliana Sheriff is a news anchor by day, rock climber by weekend, and bodybuilder by lifestyle! Eliana didn't get into lifting and learning about nutrition seriously until 2018, when she enlisted the help of Roger Baker to give herself the greatest 28 year old birthday present she could think of, visible abs! Through training with Roger over the years, Eliana has learned not just how to improve her physique through nutrition and exercise, but she's also learned how to harness the mental fortitude required to make big dreams possible.
